Job summary

Sarum LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a high-priority Commonwealth technology project supporting DDAP and Enterprise ELS initiatives.

The PM will drive the project from initiation through delivery, ensuring on-schedule, on-budget results aligned with business, technical, and quality requirements. Strong stakeholder communication and IT vendor coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant Project Management experience managing complex IT projects.
• PMI certification (PMP) with at least 5 years of PMP experience.
• Strong experience managing projects through full lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle, including planning, requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and closeout.
• Support the Enterprise ELS PM by managing DDAP project activities according to timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed Project Management Plans, schedules, estimates, communication plans, and deliverable matrices.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities across business and IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver weekly project updates and dashboards to leadership.
