Alchemy is reshaping Web3 developer experience by owning the dashboard and the self-serve growth loop. You’ll steer the funnel from signup to scale, partnering with API, data, wallet, and billing teams to deliver measurable impact.

You will lead product-led initiatives, design experimentation, and instrument the developer journey from docs to paid workloads, while driving cross-functional alignment with engineering and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product, with deep time on developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Proven product-led growth leadership with self-serve funnels at scale.
• Rigorous experimentation mindset and strong data orientation.
• Cross-functional influence across engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Customer-facing by instinct with discovery calls and support channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the dashboard product, signup journeys, usage visibility, and upgrade paths.
• Define and run the self-serve growth engine with cross-functional partners.
• Design the end-to-end developer journey from docs to paid workload.
• Instrument experiments and analyze results to optimize retention and revenue.
• Build and refine agent/native onboarding and AI-coding agent integration.
