Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Wallets PM to own the Unified Custody roadmap and drive custody and DeFi product strategy for institutional clients. The role partners across engineering, security, legal, and compliance to launch secure, compliant custody solutions with self-custody, custodial, or hybrid options.

You will translate partner needs into a data-driven roadmap, define success metrics, and measure adoption and revenue growth. This remote-first role involves quarterly in-person surges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management shipping developer-facing or API-first products.
• Deep understanding of crypto custody models and DeFi primitives.
• Track record of shipping 0-to-1 products with enterprise customers.
• Comfort operating in regulated environments with licensing, asset segregation, and risk frameworks.
• Data-driven prioritization with upfront success metrics.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the Unified Custody roadmap end to end.
• Define the product strategy for custody model optionality across use cases.
• Partner with engineering, security, legal, and compliance to launch custody and DeFi products meeting institutional standards.
• Translate customer and launch-partner needs into a prioritized roadmap tied to assets-on-platform and revenue targets.
• Measure and grow adoption and revenue with funnel metrics from integration to funded accounts.
