Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in payments, stablecoins, or fintech marketing with a track record of building GTM strategies that drove pipeline or revenue growth.
• 3+ years of product marketing experience in a startup or high-growth environment, with ownership of positioning, messaging and launches.
• Proven ability to write clear, compelling blog posts, partner briefs, and sales collateral tailored to each audience.
• Experience developing and managing co-marketing programs with external partners, including joint campaign planning and coordination.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives across content, demand generation, events, communications, and sales enablement to build awareness and generate qualified leads for Coinbase's infrastructure products.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for PSPs, money movers, cross-border companies, and banks, with targeted messaging and campaigns.
• Drive marketing for agentic finance across Coinbase for Agents and agentic payments, including thought leadership content, social campaigns, and product announcements.
• Partner with tier-one partners on co-marketing programs, from launch planning through activation and performance measurement.
