Job summary

Circle is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own Wallets strategy, shaping the infrastructure for stablecoins, payments, custody, and developer products. You will drive adoption by identifying high‑value use cases and translating strategy into differentiated wallet offerings that scale across custodial and agentic models.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in crypto/fintech/payments.
• Deep expertise in custodial and non-custodial wallets and key management.
• Proven ability to define strategy and drive adoption for technical platforms.
• Strong fluency in blockchain infrastructure, APIs, SDKs, and protocols.
• Solid understanding of AI/agentic systems and safeguards.
• Ability to influence executives and cross‑functional teams on tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own Wallets product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing segments, use cases, and shared platform capabilities.
• Lead customer discovery and validation with partners and lighthouse customers.
• Define the strategy for institutional custody and secure wallet capabilities.
• Shape agent‑ready wallet strategy with permissions, policies, and smart accounts.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, risk, legal, custody, payments, and commercial teams.
• Drive platform investments to accelerate wallet use‑case launches and improve reliability across ecosystems.
• Define and own Wallets success measures across adoption, reliability, and launch readiness.
