Job summary

Circle is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Wallets to define and own the product strategy across custody, developer platforms, and AI-enabled wallet models. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, security, risk, and legal to shape an agent-ready wallet infrastructure that securely holds and transacts value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management in crypto/fintech/payments or security-sensitive financial products.
• Deep expertise in digital wallets, custodial and non-custodial models, key management and wallet security.
• Proven ability to define strategy and drive adoption for highly technical platform products.
• Strong fluency across blockchain infrastructure, APIs, SDKs, and protocol upgrades.
• Solid understanding of AI and agentic systems and secure autonomous transactions.
• Experience influencing executives and cross-functional stakeholders on tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own Wallets product strategy and roadmap to drive adoption and business value.
• Lead discovery with customers, partners, and lighthouse clients to inform product decisions.
• Define institutional custody strategies including hot, warm, and cold storage and policy controls.
• Shape agent-ready wallet strategy with scoped permissions and programmable policies.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, risk, legal, and commercial teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive platform investments to accelerate wallet use cases and reliability across ecosystems.
• Define and own Wallets success measures for adoption, reliability, and cost efficiency.
