Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Value Added Services team in the US. You will drive the digital customer experience across booking, post-booking and check-in, collaborating with engineering and design to modernize legacy apps and reduce tech debt.

Salary starts at $150,000 and grows with experience. You will lead feature definition, roadmaps, and metrics, coordinating with domestic and international teams to ensure consistent, customer-focused product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management delivering consumer-facing products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with engineering and design.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and PM tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma).

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize features to grow and scale Hertz initiatives.
• Execute on long-term roadmap with operations, engineering, design and data science teams.
• Collaborate with strategy, operations, and go-to-market teams for pilots to scale.
• Communicate effectively within and outside Hertz with stakeholders.
• Maintain customer focus in research, planning and decisions.
• Test product hypotheses and use data to guide decisions.
• Navigate decisions using product data and KPIs.
• Identify metrics to assess impact on risk management platforms.
