Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Day of Rent team to lead the strategy and delivery of self-service digital experiences that streamline the rental journey. You will define roadmaps, modernize legacy systems, and partner with engineering, design, and data science to deliver scalable, mobile-first solutions that reduce friction and boost customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, end-to-end product management experience, and collaborative skills to drive results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features to grow and scale Hertz initiatives.
• Execute the long-term roadmap with operations, engineering, design and data science teams.
• Integrate AI tools and features into the product development process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a consistent approach from pilots to scaled solutions.
