Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a background in utility-scale solar, BESS, substations, or high-voltage electrical systems to join our talent community for future opportunities across the United States and Canada.

You’ll lead multiple EPC projects from design through commissioning, oversee engineering, construction, and client relationships, and drive safety, quality, and performance. Willingness to travel 50%+ is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• Utility-scale BESS or other HV self-perform EPC experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple large EPC projects at a time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
• Willingness to travel extensively (50%+)

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple utility-scale BESS projects from design through commercial operation.
• Manage engineering, construction, and client relationships.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and procurement.
• Drive safety, quality, and performance across all phases.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Potentially manage multiple projects simultaneously
