Job summary

Primoris Power Solutions is seeking a Senior EPC Project Manager to lead medium-to-large scale electric substation, transmission, and distribution projects. You will drive project execution, manage client relationships, and ensure alignment with PMBOK practices and company policies.

The role requires advanced project management expertise, strong leadership, and a track record in EPC contracts, cost control, and risk management. Remote work within the Domestic United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in the utility industry with proven EPC PM experience.
• PMP Certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK and project controls.
• Experience managing client relations and contracts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management systems and technical direction for EPC projects.
• Lead scope, schedule, cost, safety and quality execution per PMBOK.
• Manage client relationships and report status to management.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams.
• Oversee contract negotiations and change management.
• Ensure accurate project financial reporting and cash flow management.
