Job summary

BeyondTrust is seeking a Senior Software Development Manager to lead the NHI Governance domain within Pathfinder, building and guiding a platform-native module and scalable services across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will set the bar for execution and quality while developing engineers and partnering with product, design, and platform teams to tackle identity and security challenges at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing software engineering teams delivering cloud-based or SaaS products.
• Strong technical foundation with architecture, design, and code trade-offs.
• Experience guiding teams using AI-assisted development tools and responsible adoption.
• Track record of delivering complex projects on time and high quality.
• Experience partnering with product and design in agile environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-native, microservices, and AWS or other clouds.
• Experience coaching and growing engineering talent.

Responsibilities
