Job summary

Gen Digital in New York seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the identity and entitlement platform powering Gen's brands. You will shape how members, roles, and access are modeled, enabling multiple product teams to build on top of a shared, scalable foundation.

You will operate at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and product, translating complex tradeoffs into simple, secure, durable designs while driving alignment across teams without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product management experience owning platform or infrastructure products.
• Strong technical fluency with API contracts and data models.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for technical and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the identity and entitlement platform architecture across Gen's family of brands.
• Define member, roles, and access structures; influence multiple product teams.
• Build and maintain a roadmap balancing feasibility, cross-team demand, and extensibility.
• Communicate platform strategy and tradeoffs to engineers and senior leadership.
