Amazon's Talent Acquisition Technology (TA Tech) organization seeks a Principal PM to define and drive TA Tech's operating model at scale. You will own Rhythm of the Business, set the organizational cadence, and craft strategic narratives for senior leadership.

The role requires navigating ambiguity and aligning product, TPM, and engineering with PXT leadership. You will lead cross-org change, drive strategic projects, and shape how we measure impact across the org, delivering execution cadences

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR or business function experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in HR specialist, HR generalist, HR manager, or HR program roles.

• Set the strategy for how the org tracks progress, measures impact, and makes decisions at scale.

• Own inputs into OP1/OP2 and prepare strategic narratives for senior leadership.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks across the org, creating scalable mechanisms and force multiplying across teams.
• Drive cross-org special projects from ambiguous problem statement to structured execution.

Amazon's Talent Acquisition Technology (TA Tech) organization builds the products and services that power how Amazon hires. We're a large-scale product and engineering org within People eXperience and Technology (PXT), and we're looking for a Principal PM to define and drive how TA Tech operates at scale.

You’ll set the vision for TA Tech's operating model, owning Rhythm of the Business, driving strategic special projects, and influencing org-wide priorities. This role requires navigating significant ambiguity, making high judgment calls on competing priorities, and presenting directly to senior leadership. You’ll be the connective tissue between product, engineering, and PXT leadership, turning strategy into execution cadences that drive organizational impact.

Key job responsibilities

• Define and own TA Tech's operating model and Rhythm of the Business: goal setting, MBR/QBR cadences, and executive reporting

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR or business function experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education in a relevant field such as Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management or Development, business, or similar related discipline
• 7+ years of HR specialist, HR generalist (e.g., HR Business Partner or HR Partner), HR manager, or HR program roles experience

• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
