Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Management Support Specialist to provide advisory and administrative support for AEDC projects at Arnold AFB, TN. This onsite role includes documenting scope, aiding in plans, and coordinating with the Air Force on milestones and deliverables.

Requires U.S. citizenship, a Master’s in a related field, 10+ years of experience, and ability to obtain a Secret DoW clearance. PMP is preferred; travel is limited to 0-10%.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain a Secret DoD clearance with active investigation.
• Level 4 - MS in Business or applicable field and 10+ years of experience.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document project scope, objectives, KPIs, and KSAs.
• Manage project phases: initiation, planning, execution, and closeout.
• Provide monthly project review briefings to Air Force customer.
• Work with finance to develop project spend plans.
• Lead meetings for project updates and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Mentor and train junior PMs on the team.
