Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking highly skilled Project Management Specialists to support Edwards AFB, CA. The role emphasizes PMI-based processes to manage cost, schedule, and performance across RDT&E test projects, with onsite work at Edwards AFB and potential interaction with multiple Air Force test wings.

Qualified candidates hold U.S. citizenship, possess a related degree at various levels, and have an activeSecret clearance or higher with the ability to maintain it.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an applicable discipline.
• Level 1: Bachelor's Degree in an applicable discipline.
• Level 2: Bachelor's or Master's Degree and up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Level 3: Bachelor's or Master's Degree and 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Level 4: Master's Degree and over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret/clearance is required.
• Must maintain clearance at required level.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and assistance applying PMI framework to manage cost, schedule, and performance of RDT&E test projects.
• Assist in all five phases of flight test, including development of project plans and close out of test projects.
• Support the development of objectives, deliverables, work scope, schedules, and risk assessments with leadership.
• Support capacity planning and resource/workload balancing across multi-project portfolios.
• Prepare data-driven briefings and reports for stakeholders including Directors and PMs.
• Develop and improve training materials for project management processes and tools.
• Advise across enterprise-wide project management methods and tools.
