Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Project Management Support Specialist to provide advisory and assistance services to the Air Force at the Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC) in Arnold AFB, TN. The role includes documenting requirements, managing projects, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The candidate should have a U.S. Citizenship, a Bachelor’s in Business or related field, and 0–10 years of PM experience depending on the level (PM 1–PM 3).

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• 0-3 years of PM experience (PM 1-3).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 5-10%.

Responsibilities

• Document project scope, objectives, KPPs, and KSAs.
• Understand project phases: Initiation, Planning, Design, Execution, Closeout.
• Prepare monthly project review briefings for Air Force customer.
• Develop project spend plans with finance.
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly project update meetings.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities; communicate progress.
• Document requirements and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Manage complex projects of various sizes.
• Coordinate with procurement and contract admin teams.
• Maintain documentation in proper repository.
