Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. seeks a Project Management Support Specialist at AEDC, Arnold AFB, TN. The role provides procurement support, contract administration assistance, and records management for diverse projects.

You will interact with Air Force customers and manage documentation, risks, and milestones in a structured, system-engineering framework. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, hold a business-related degree (or equivalent experience), and be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 Years of directly related experience.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Understand project phases (Initiation, Planning, Design, Execution, Closeout).
• Participate in monthly project review briefings for the Air Force customer.
• Hold or participate in weekly/bi-weekly project update meetings.
• Advise Air Force of risks, opportunities, and overall progress.
• Assist with oversight of complex projects of all sizes.
• Follow a structured system engineering approach for milestone reviews (IBR, PDR, CDR, VRR, FAT, FCA, PCA).
• Assess contractor documentation against project requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, decisions, outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders for seamless execution.
