Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Tech SME to support the 715th Test Squadron at AEDC, onsite at Arnold AFB, TN. The role covers test management, PMI processes, and portfolio support for RDT&E activities.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance. The position offers a competitive salary range and comprehensive benefits, with a standard M-F schedule.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Must maintain clearance at required level.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an applicable discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and assistance in test management and program/project management.
• Support PMI framework processes to manage cost, schedule and performance.
• Assist in five phases of flight test including planning and close out.
• Develop project objectives, deliverables and risk assessments.
