Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Management Support Specialist to provide advisory and administrative support for AEDC projects at Arnold AFB, TN. This onsite role includes documenting scope, aiding in plans, and coordinating with the Air Force on milestones and deliverables.

Requires U.S. citizenship, a Master’s in a related field, 10+ years of experience, and ability to obtain a Secret DoW clearance. PMP is preferred; travel is limited to 0-10%.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain a Secret DoD clearance with active investigation.
• Level 4 - MS in Business or applicable field and 10+ years of experience.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• PMP certification preferred.

The candidate will provide a wide range of services, including procurement support, contract administration assistance, and records management/administrative support for a variety of planning and executing projects. This position is located onsite at Arnold AFB, TN. **As a Sr. PM Support Specialist, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:** * Documenting project scope, objectives, KPPs, and KSAs.* Working knowledge of project phases (Initiation, Planning, Design, Execution, and Closeout).* Monthly project review briefings to our Air Force customer.* Working with finance to develop project spend plans.* Holding weekly/bi-weekly meetings for project updates.* Advise the Air Force of any project disconnects, risks, opportunities, and overall progress.* Define and document project requirements and deliverables through direct stakeholder engagement.* Managing complex projects of all sizes.* Knowledge/Familiarity of project acquisition strategy and key program events such as decision points, reviews, contract award, Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) structure.* Follow a structured system engineering approach that facilitates project milestone reviews including but not limited to; Integrated Baseline Review (IBR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), Verification Readiness Review (VRR), Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Functional Configuration Audit (FCA), and Physical Configuration Audit (PCA).* Assess contractor documentation against project requirements.* Ensuring all documentation is in place and stored in proper repository.* Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.* Developing contingency plans to minimize risks and keep projects on track.* Foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution across all locations.* Mentor, lead, and train younger PMs on the team **Required Qualifications:*** U.S. Citizenship* Level 4 - MS in Business/applicable field and 10+ years of experience.* Highly organized with excellent communication skills* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).* Must be able to obtain a Secret DoW Security clearance with active investigation.
