Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support the 412 TW at Edwards AFB, CA. The role requires PMI-based process application across cost, schedule and performance of RDT&E projects, including planning, monitoring and risk assessments. Onsite at Edwards AFB with potential travel up to 10% and multiple level hiring.

Qualifications include U.S. citizenship, a degree in an applicable discipline, and an active Secret clearance.

• Schedule: M-F, 8-5; onsite at Edwards AFB, CA.
• Experience levels align with multiple levels of the contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and assistance applying PMI-based processes across cost, schedule, and performance of RDT&E test projects.
• Assist in five phases of flight test including development of project plans and risk assessments.
• Support data-driven briefings and reports to stakeholders (Deputy Directors, PMs, leadership).
• Develop and maintain organizational capacity of key assets and resources.
• Assist in training material development and PM training delivery.
