Job summary

Hyosung Americas seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the North American software, payments, and total-solutions portfolio for financial institutions, retailers, and ATM operators. You will define market-driven strategy and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, hardware, and networks to drive investments, governance, and successful product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including B2B software or technology products across full lifecycle.
• 5+ years in fintech, banking tech, payments, self-service banking, retail tech, or cash automation.
• Experience developing product strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and investment recommendations.
• Experience launching and commercializing software or integrated tech solutions, including pricing and sales enablement.
• Strong understanding of ATM ecosystems, financial institutions, payment networks, and complex integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the North American software, payments, and total-solutions portfolio strategy.
• Define product vision, segments, value propositions, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Develop business cases using customer value, revenue, profitability, and feasibility.
• Align software roadmaps with hardware platforms and transaction processing capabilities.
• Communicate North American requirements to global product teams and influence roadmaps.
• Translate market needs into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Quality, Operations, Service, and global teams through lifecycle stages.
• Manage product lifecycle from introduction to end-of-life; plan migrations and maintenance.
• Establish release, upgrade, and migration strategies for on-premises, cloud, SaaS, and APIs.
• Balance new capabilities with technical debt, security, and supportability.
• Develop commercialization strategies including pricing, packaging, and route to market.
• Lead cross-functional launch readiness with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Partners.
• Create sales enablement materials and competitive positioning.
• Support executive meetings, RFPs, and high-value opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance to support revenue, margin, and ROI.
