Hyosung - North America is seeking a Product Portfolio Manager for Self-Service & Cash Recycling Solutions. You will lead the ATM and Teller Cash Recycler portfolio, shaping strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management to meet banking and retail needs.

This role requires 7+ years in product management, fintech experience, and strong VOC/market research capability, with travel up to 20% to support customers and events.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with 5+ years in financial technology/self-service banking or related industries.
• Proven experience developing strategic product roadmaps and lifecycle management.
• Strong Voice of Customer (VOC), market research, and competitive analysis experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales with customer-facing engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end lifecycle management for ATM and TCR portfolio.
• Define and execute strategic roadmaps across ATM and TCR product lines.
• Lead VOC programs and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop sales enablement tools and customer-facing collateral.
• Collaborate with global teams including North America and Headquarters (TNS).
