Success requires strong customer discovery, product governance, commercial judgment, and the ability to lead global and cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Engineering, UX, Quality, Operations, Service, and global teams throughout discovery, development, validation, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle, including introduction, enhancement, versioning, migration, maintenance, and end-of-life planning.
  • Establish release, upgrade, and migration strategies for on-premises, cloud, SaaS, API-based, and integrated offerings.
  • Balance new capabilities, customer commitments, technical debt, product quality, cybersecurity, and supportability.
  • Develop commercialization strategies covering market segmentation, pricing, licensing, packaging, positioning, and route to market.
  • Lead cross-functional launch readiness with Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, Training, Support, and partner teams.
