Job summary

Hyosung Americas (NHA) is seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to own the North American software, payments, and total-solutions portfolio across financial institutions, retailers, ATM operators, and self-service environments.

You will define market-driven product strategy, align roadmaps with hardware platforms, and guide investment priorities while collaborating with global teams to drive revenue and lifecycle outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience owning B2B software/tech products across full lifecycle.
• 5+ years in fintech, banking tech, payments, self-service banking, or related markets.
• Experience developing strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and investment recommendations.
• Experience launching and commercializing software or integrated solutions, including pricing and sales enablement.
• Strong understanding of ATM ecosystems, financial institutions, payment networks, and integrations.
• Experience translating requirements into scalable product requirements and release priorities.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own NA software, payments, and total-solutions portfolio strategy across banking, self-service, retail, and cash automation markets.
• Define product vision, segments, value propositions, investments, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Develop business cases considering value, revenue, profitability, feasibility, and risk.
• Align software roadmaps with Hyosung hardware platforms and transaction processing capabilities.
• Communicate NA requirements to global teams and influence roadmap decisions.
• Translate market needs into product requirements, epics, and release priorities.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Quality, Operations, and Services across the lifecycle from discovery to post-launch.
