Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the North American software, payments, and total-solutions portfolio for financial institutions, retailers, ATM operators, and payments providers.

The role requires leading portfolio strategy across software, hardware-enabled solutions, and integrations, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Service, and global teams. Successful candidates will drive market-driven strategy, governance, and lifecycle decisions, guiding investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience across B2B software or technology products.
• 5+ years in fintech, banking tech, payments, self-service banking, or related markets.
• Experience building strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and investment recommendations.
• Experience launching and commercializing software or integrated technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of ATM ecosystems, financial institutions, and payment networks.
• Experience translating market needs into scalable product requirements and priorities.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven prioritization and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence global and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own NA software, payments, and total-solutions portfolio strategy across banking, self-service, retail, and cash automation markets.
• Define product vision, target segments, value propositions, investment priorities, and multi-year roadmaps aligned with company strategy and customer needs.
• Translate market and customer needs into clear product requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Quality, Operations, Service, and global teams throughout discovery, development, validation, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, including introduction, enhancement, versioning, migration, maintenance, and end-of-life planning.
• Establish release, upgrade, and migration strategies for on-premises, cloud, SaaS, API-based, and integrated offerings.
• Balance new capabilities, customer commitments, technical debt, product quality, cybersecurity, and supportability.
