Hyosung Americas is seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to own the North American software, payments, and total-solutions portfolio for financial institutions, retailers, ATM operators, and more. You will drive market-driven strategy, coordinate with global teams, and lead lifecycle decisions across software and hardware-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B software/tech.
• 5+ years in fintech, banking tech, payments, or cash automation.
• Experience shaping product strategy, roadmaps, and investment recommendations.
• Experience launching software with pricing, packaging, and sales enablement.
• Ability to influence global teams without direct authority.
• Proven executive communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own NA software, payments, and total-solutions portfolio strategy.
• Define vision, segments, value propositions, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Develop business cases using value, revenue, profitability, feasibility, cost, risk.
• Align software roadmaps with hardware, processing, and future ATM capabilities.
• Communicate NA requirements to global product teams and influence roadmap decisions.
• Translate market needs into epics, user stories, and release priorities.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Quality, Operations, Service, and global teams.
• Manage lifecycle from introduction to end-of-life planning.
• Establish release, upgrade, and migration strategies (on-prem/cloud/SaaS).
• Balance new capabilities with technical debt, security, and supportability.
• Develop commercialization strategies: pricing, packaging, and GTM.
