Zusammenfassung

MTSI is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Secure Infrastructure Development to support AFLCMC/WA at Wright-Patterson AFB. Lead the planning, buildout, integration, and accreditation of Level 5 SCIFs and secure network infrastructures for DoD programs.

Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing security and accreditation packages, and delivering complex secure facilities on schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of ten years of DoD experience in acquisition/program management or related fields.
• Minimum of three years in SAP or SCI environments within the last eight years.
• Experience with classified facility construction, secure networks, cyber/IA, or SCIF lifecycle management.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, budgeting, and oversight for Level 5 SCIF construction and modernization.
• Coordinate design, buildout, security systems, and environmental/structural compliance.
• Synchronize civil engineering, security, IT/cyber, and program office activities.
• Manage planning/integration of classified networks and DoD IA-compliant architectures.
• Prepare ICD-705 accreditation packages and liaise with SSO/PSO and officials.
• Maintain integrated master schedules for facility construction, network work, and audits.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide executive-level briefings and support major reviews and site inspections.
