Job summary

MTSI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to establish and lead a Digital Infrastructure Team supporting the Fighters and Advanced Aircraft Division at Wright‑Patterson AFB. This role builds the team, defines processes, and drives delivery of digital infrastructure enabling mission systems across multiple programs.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership, DoD acquisition experience, and the ability to synchronize work across acquisition, engineering, and security teams in a SCIF environment.

Qualifications

• Ten years of DoW experience required.
• Experience in SAP or SCI environment within the past eight years.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital infrastructure team for a classified space.
• Manage baselines for secure networks, computing clusters, and storage.
• Coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity and operations for accreditation.
• Oversee installation, configuration and sustainment within SCIF.
• Maintain schedules, risks, and integration for classified systems.
