Job summary

MTSI is seeking an Acquisition Program Manager SME to support AFLCMC/WA at Wright‑Patterson AFB, Ohio. The role focuses on planning, integrating, and synchronizing infrared sensing capabilities across platforms, requiring strong cross‑platform coordination and enterprise alignment.

The incumbent will manage schedules, risk, documentation, and stakeholder engagement in a horizontally integrated environment, with TS/SCI readiness and a proven program management track record in defense contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum twenty (20) years of DoW work experience.
• At least 3 years in SAP and/or SCI environment within last 5 years.
• MS/MA or MBA in management, business, accounting, finance, logistics, or STEM; or BS/BA with 25 years DoW/contractor experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoW acquisition processes and analytics to inform program managers and ICT leads.
• Support cross‑functional ICT activities to align capability efforts across platforms.
• Identify issues and recommend solutions for acquisition effectiveness and cross‑platform integration.
• Draft clear acquisition documentation to support ICT objectives and enterprise alignment.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for synchronized capability development.
