Job summary

MTSI is seeking a Senior Acquisition Program Manager to support AFLCMC/WA at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The role focuses on software, compute, and autonomy technologies, guiding acquisition across platforms and mission systems.

The position requires DoW experience, SAP/SCI familiarity, and the ability to lead enterprise-level coordination in a digital modernization context. Active TS/SCI is preferred and the candidate will engage across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant Department of War (DoW) experience.
• At least three years of experience in a Special Access Program (SAP) or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environment within the past eight years.

Responsibilities

• Apply acquisition and analytical expertise to support program managers and stakeholders developing and integrating software, compute, and autonomy technologies across multiple aircraft and mission systems.
• Guide technical and acquisition activities across diverse disciplines to ensure effective delivery and sustainment of software-enabled and autonomy-driven capabilities.
• Identify issues and develop solutions that enhance acquisition effectiveness, cross-platform interoperability, and compliance within enterprise-level modernization efforts.
• Develop and produce high-quality acquisition documentation tailored to multi-platform architectures and autonomy capability development.
• Coordinate program management activities that synchronize multi-platform software development and autonomy deployment.

Education

Master's degree (MS/MA) or higher in business administration, management, accounting, finance, logistics, a STEM discipline, or an MBA

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) + 15 years DoW/government/contractor experience may substitute for advanced degree
