Job summary

VALVITALIA GROUP is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Safety Relief & Control Valves to lead growth across the United States. You will drive market strategy, support key customers, and provide deep product expertise to strengthen our market position.

You will manage cross-functional teams, develop pricing and go-to-market plans, and represent the company at industry events to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in industrial valves leadership.
• Deep knowledge of Safety Relief Valves, Pressure Safety Valves, and Control Valves.
• Strong knowledge of API, ASME, and applicable industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow SRV/PSV/Control Valve business across targeted markets.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for SRVs, PSVs, and Control Valves.
• Identify and maintain relationships with refineries, EPCs, OEMs, distributors, and end users.
• Provide technical consultation and application support to customers and internal sales teams.
• Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans to increase market share.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and support contract negotiations.
• Lead customer presentations, technical seminars, and product training.
