Job summary

Spirax Sarco USA is seeking a Product Manager – Control Valves to guide product strategy for Steam Thermal Solutions. You will promote control valve and metering solutions at customer sites, provide technical guidance to sales teams, and support growth through market engagement and product education.

The role requires national travel up to 50% and strong project management, with a focus on delivering customer-centric steam solutions. Located near Blythewood, SC or hub locations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
• Experience with control valves; steam industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel nationally up to 50% of the time.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful projects is a plus.
• Strong technical expertise in steam industry products or related industrial technologies.
• Outstanding project management and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated customer focus with a commitment to understanding customer challenges and delivering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Promote control valve and metering solutions at customer sites.
• Provide technical expertise and application guidance to customers and sales teams.
• Support growth initiatives through product education and market engagement.
• Coordinate activities related to product tools, field support, and inventory positioning.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, business intelligence, data science, marketing, design, and engineering.
• Evaluate competitive products and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Partner with the Business Development Team to support product launches and growth initiatives.
• Prepare detailed analyses, reports, and recommendations for management.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices within steam thermal solutions.
