Job summary

Spirax Sarco USA is seeking a dedicated Product Manager for Control Valves to shape the future of Steam Thermal Solutions. This role requires national travel and strong knowledge of steam industry products, with collaboration across sales, production, and engineering teams.

You will promote control valves and metering solutions, provide technical guidance at customer sites, and support growth initiatives through product education and market engagement.

Qualifications

• Must travel nationally up to 50% of the time.
• Located within one hour of a major airport.
• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
• Experience with control valves; steam industry experience is a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful projects is a plus.
• Strong technical expertise in steam industry products or related industrial technologies.
• Outstanding project management and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated customer focus with a commitment to understanding customer challenges and delivering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Promote control valve and metering solutions at customer sites.
• Provide technical expertise and application guidance to customers and sales teams.
• Support growth initiatives through product education and market engagement.
• Coordinate activities related to product tools, field support, and inventory positioning.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, business intelligence, data science, marketing, design, and engineering.
• Evaluate competitive products and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Partner with the Business Development Team to support product launches and growth initiatives.
• Prepare detailed analyses, reports, and recommendations for management.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices within steam thermal solutions.
