Job summary

Konik is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead retail, multi-family housing and commercial projects in the Southwest Metro area. You will manage preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with clients, design teams, trade partners, and internal staff to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction PM, strong scheduling/cost control, and proficiency with Procore or Sage and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management.
• Strong scheduling and cost management skills.
• Experience with Procore or Sage and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR; able to pass background checks and DOT card if required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate project status, schedules, and updates with clients and field teams.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate tasks for efficient workflow.
• Monitor budgets and assist in cost tracking aligned with scopes.
• Collaborate with estimators to validate estimates and review scopes.
• Assist in change orders and secure approvals prior to execution.
• Secure permits and schedule inspections; lead job supervisors and field staff.
• Support collections of receivables and participate in project meetings.
