Konik, a partner to a nationally recognized owner and developer, seeks an Architectural Owner's Representative - Project Manager for the Southwestern Suburbs of Minnesota. The role oversees planning, design, permitting, construction support, and project closeout, guiding consultants to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and budget alignment from the owner's perspective.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in architectural project leadership, a professional architecture degree, and licensure

Qualifications

• Seasoned leadership of architectural projects across commercial, hospitality, healthcare, or mixed-use environments.
• Experience managing external architecture and engineering firms on behalf of an owner.

Responsibilities

• Lead external architecture and engineering consultants to align with owner objectives.
• Direct programming, design, permitting, construction, and closeout activities.
• Facilitate reviews to ensure alignment with operational requirements and design standards.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality; provide executive-level updates.
• Coordinate decisions among internal stakeholders, contractors, and permitting agencies.
