Keeley Construction in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Project Manager for our Building Group. You will oversee all aspects of major projects, lead multiple project teams, and drive schedule, budget, and quality.

Join a proven team focused on delivering value to owners and stakeholders. Candidates should have a bachelor’s in CM or related field and at least 10 years of senior PM experience in multifamily, retail, healthcare, or education projects. Onsite role; strong leadership required.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience performing senior project management responsibilities.
Experience managing multiple project teams.
Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.
Experience with multifamily development, retail, healthcare, or education projects.

Mansioni

Own all aspects of assigned projects including estimating, scheduling, and cost reporting.
Manage multiple project teams and coordinate activities to meet deadlines.
Oversee project engineers and managers and mentor staff.
Lead buyout, contracts, and subcontractor/vendor management.
Contribute to strategic planning for the Business Unit/Region.
