Job summary

Remote seeks a Senior Product Manager for Reporting & Insights to lead multi-surface reporting strategy and AI-enabled insights. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, Sales, Customer Success, Security, Legal, and Operations to deliver scalable, accurate, and trusted reporting experiences across payroll, finance and compliance workflows.

Qualifications

• Senior-Level Experience: Track record as a Product Manager with a strong focus on reporting, analytics, data platforms, workflow, or insights products.
• Proficiency in Cursor Code and Claude Code; ability to build, debug, and ship prototypes hands-on.
• Data Understanding & Fluency: end-to-end data literacy across models, schemas, lineage and report generation.
• Able to read/write SQL to validate results and work with Data/Engineering to resolve issues.
• Customer Focus with strong stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong UX sensibilities and outstanding communication to explain data/AI trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Set the reporting and insights strategy for multiple surfaces including in-app reports, dashboards, and APIs/connectors.
• Understand customer reporting needs across payroll, finance, HR, executives, and operators; translate into priorities.
• Build trusted reporting foundations with payroll-grade capabilities, definitions, lineage, and observability.
• Develop intelligent insights experiences using AI, anomaly detection, and proactive recommendations.
• Deliver with cross-functional execution with Data, Engineering, Design, Security, Legal, Sales, CX, Finance, Operations.
• Measure KPIs for adoption, trust, accuracy, distribution, retention, and internal leverage.
