Job summary

AXS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our Resale platform. You will lead the core marketplace engine powering secondary ticketing, including listings ingestion, inventory and pricing, and partner integrations.

This role requires balancing scalability, data integrity, and delivery velocity while evolving the engine for new partners and markets. You will collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Payments, and Partner Experience to deliver a

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex software products in Agile environments.
• Proven success owning technical products, platforms, APIs, SDKs, integrations, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience partnering with engineering to deliver platform, integration, or infrastructure-adjacent products.
• Experience supporting mission-critical workflows where reliability, scalability, performance, and resiliency are essential.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, distributed systems, telemetry, observability, and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to navigate complex ecosystems spanning modern platforms and legacy systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to define ambiguous problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints while driving strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across organizational boundaries.
• Curious, data-driven, and focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for the core Resale platform engine.
• Establish platform priorities balancing scalability, reliability, modernization, and growth.
• Own platform capabilities delivered through APIs, data contracts, integrations, and backend systems.
• Lead systems and domain modeling for core resale entities like events, venues, listings, inventory, and transactions.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Define API standards, service-level objectives, and operational readiness.
• Use marketplace metrics and telemetry to drive product decisions and delivery.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for capacity planning and sequencing.
• Partner with Partner Experience to ensure APIs and integrations enable external adoption.
• Identify improvements to reduce technical debt and data quality issues.
• Develop deep understanding of secondary ticketing and resale workflows.
• Lead modernization of legacy resale systems while preserving continuity.
• Define and monitor KPIs for reliability, data quality, and delivery predictability.
• Communicate roadmap and risks clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
