Job summary

AXS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our Resale platform, including listings, inventory, pricing, data models, and API integrations across thousands of events.

You will lead engineering teams, set roadmaps, define success metrics, and partner with stakeholders to deliver a scalable, reliable platform that grows marketplace liquidity and enhances the fan experience across live events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex software products in Agile environments.
• Experience owning technical products, platforms, APIs, SDKs, integrations, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience partnering with engineering to deliver platform, integration, or infrastructure-adjacent products.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for the Resale platform engine.
• Lead platform API standards, data contracts, and reliability goals.
• Own domain modeling for events, venues, listings, inventory, and transactions.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and acceptance criteria with Engineering.
• Partner with Architecture to ensure API standards and operational readiness.
• Monitor KPIs related to platform reliability, data quality, and delivery.
• Communicate roadmap and risks clearly to stakeholders.
