Job summary

AXS, a subsidiary of AEG, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy for the Resale platform engine. You will balance scalability, data integrity, and marketplace growth while guiding API and data contract design and partner integrations.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Payments, and Partner Experience teams to ensure a scalable, reliable resale ecosystem that improves fan experiences across events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex software products in Agile environments.
• Experience owning technical products, platforms, APIs, SDKs, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience delivering platform, integration, or infrastructure-adjacent products within modern distributed architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to define ambiguous problems, synthesize data, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for the core Resale platform engine across the AXS ecosystem.
• Own platform capabilities delivered through APIs, data contracts, integrations, event-driven services, and backend systems that power resale listings, inventory, and pricing.
• Lead systems and domain modeling for core resale entities, including events, venues, seating, listings, inventory, and transactions.
• Serve as the day-to-day product leader for Engineering, driving sprint planning, backlog refinement, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria through delivery.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to define API standards, service-level objectives, reliability goals, and operational readiness standards.
