The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 8+ years in project management (5+ in large-scale infra), PMP/PRINCE2, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience, with 5+ in large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification mandatory.
• Experience with environmental permitting and grid integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of major renewable energy infrastructure projects (development, construction, commissioning).
• Manage project teams of engineers, consultants, contractors, and site personnel.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and vendor management.
• Identify and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with government bodies and utilities.
• Monitor progress and enforce financial controls.
• Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned.
