DBI Projects’ New York City office seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead key ongoing projects and support growth. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and quality from pre-development to closeout, while mentoring junior team members and coordinating with clients and vendors.

The role requires 8+ years in owner’s PM, with strong leadership and communication skills. Based in our New York office, you’ll contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities for training

Qualifications

• 8+ years of owner’s project management in architecture or real estate development.
• Led project delivery from design to occupancy on at least three significant projects.
• Experience with site supervision and construction administration.
• Experience coordinating between A/E teams and contractors.
• Experience in schedule and budget management.
• Experience managing a team.
• Ability to develop client presentation materials.

Responsabilités

• Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) at every project stage.
• Monitor the project schedule and optimize sequencing to meet timelines and budgets.
• Control the project budget and produce requisitions for clients and lenders with required docs.
• Oversee all key project documents from concept to delivery.
• Manage high-level client interactions and lead complex client meetings.
• Collaborate with legal to review deal documents and leases.
• Build staffing structure and balance workloads across projects.
• Review drawings and prepare narratives describing scope from design to completion.
