CLT Recruiters is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a boutique NYC luxury residential firm. You will own end-to-end delivery from pre-construction through close-out, lead project teams, manage client and architect relationships, and own budget, schedule and quality.

You will work directly with the principal and senior leadership, driving detailed critical-path scheduling in MS Project and maintaining a reputation for fast-tracked delivery while mentoring PMs and APMs.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of project management on high-end residential construction in New York City.
• Full lifecycle ownership of complex, high-value assignments.
• Strong command of NYC DOB regulations, permitting and inspections.
• Advanced MS Project and Excel. Procore or comparable.
• Experience managing and mentoring project management staff.
• OSHA 30. Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu.

A boutique construction management and general contracting firm serving New York's luxury residential market is hiring a Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of complex assignments from pre-construction through close-out.

This is a senior-level role for a project manager who has built a career in NYC luxury residential construction and is ready to operate at the top of the trade, leading project teams, managing demanding architect and ownership relationships, and owning budget, schedule and quality with equal command. You would work directly with the firm's principal and senior leadership.

Compensation:
$180,000-$210,000 per year
