Job summary

Hudson Cooper Search, LLC. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large corporate interior projects in New York City, including Manhattan-based assignments.

You will oversee senior and junior PMs, coordinate with clients and landlords, and ensure delivery of high-profile interiors from planning through construction. • Experience running projects in a Senior PM capacity with oversight of junior PMs/APMs
• Proven experience running corporate interior projects above $10m+ in NYC
• Proficiency in Procore
• College degree in construction-related field preferred but not essential

Join a New York leader in corporate interiors who have a full pipeline of work and keep getting busier.

While the firm completes many projects in the $2m-10m range, they've completed projects of up to $100m, with several large projects coming up.

They're looking for a Senior PM to lead these larger projects and oversee the teams delivering them, acting as the point person for clients and managing key accounts.

Projects will be Manhattan and will include corporate interiors, hospitality and specialty projects, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, rooftops, and MEP/ Infrastructure upgrades for many blue-chip clients and many of the city's largest landlords and building owners.
