You will lead a cross-functional squad with engineers, designers, researchers, and data scientists to ship features, balancing experimentation with impactful investments while focusing on delightful user experiences for book lovers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management for consumer products at scale.
• Experience with native mobile apps and subscriptions is a plus.
• Fluency partnering with engineers and data scientists on ML-driven experiences (recommendations, search, ranking).
• Strong proficiency with quantitative and qualitative research methods (A/B testing, analytics, user interviews).
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and clear prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Everand and Fable squads.
• Lead a cross-functional squad with engineering, design, research, and data to ship features.
• Balance large swing investments with continuous experimentation to improve engagement metrics.
• Leverage data and qualitative insights to guide product decisions.
• Partner with data science and engineering on recommendation, ranking, and search systems.
• Create experiences blending design, editorial insight, and algorithms to help readers discover new reads.
