Qualifications

• Proven ability to turn pain points into strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for squad across Everand and Fable.
• Lead a cross-functional squad with engineering, design, research, and data.
• Balance large investments with ongoing experiments to improve engagement.
• Guide decisions using both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Partner with data science and engineering on recommendation, ranking, and search.
• Create experiences blending design, editorial insight, and algorithms.
