You will partner with data scientists on recommendations, search, and ranking, delivering experiences that feel effortless and delightful for readers across apps. A passion for books is a must.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience on consumer products at scale.
• Track record turning pain points into strategy and defining an opinionated roadmap.
• Fluency partnering with engineers and data scientists on ML-driven experiences.
• Strong mix of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Sharp product sense with delightful consumer experiences.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and clear writing.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for squad across Everand and Fable.
• Lead a cross-functional squad with engineering, design, research, and data to ship features.
• Balance large investments with continuous experimentation to improve engagement metrics.
• Guide decisions with qualitative and quantitative data from cross-functional partners.
• Partner with data science and engineering on recommendation, ranking, and search systems.
• Create experiences blending design, editorial insight, and algorithmic thinking to help readers discover new reads.
