Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap across Everand and Fable, working with engineering, design, research, and data to ship high-impact features that improve reader engagement.

You will lead a cross-functional squad, balance experimentation with investment, and leverage ML for recommendations, search, and ranking to deliver delightful reading experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management for consumer products at scale.
• Track record turning major pain points into product strategy and defining an opinionated roadmap.
• Fluency partnering with engineers and data scientists on ML-enabled experiences such as recommendations, search, and ranking.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research methods (A/B testing, data analysis, user interviews).
• Sharp product sense and ability to create effortless, delightful consumer experiences.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and clear writing.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for squad across Everand and Fable.
• Lead a cross-functional squad with engineering, design, research, and data to ship features.
• Balance large swing investments with continuous experimentation to improve engagement metrics.
• Balance qualitative and quantitative data from cross-functional partners to guide decisions.
• Partner with data science and engineering on recommendation, ranking, and search systems.
• Create experiences that blend joyful design, editorial insight, and algorithmic thinking to help readers find new reads.
