Job summary

Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for Everand and Fable, shaping consumer experiences across both apps.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, research, and data teams to ship features, balance large-scale investments with experimentation, and guide decisions with qualitative and quantitative data. You will work with data science on recommendations, ranking, and search, delivering delightful reader experiences and editorial insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience for consumer products at scale.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and data scientists on ML-enabled experiences.
• Proficient in quantitative (A/B testing, data analytics) and qualitative (user interviews) research methods.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear written communication.
• Passion for books and reading and translating that into product value.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, vision, and roadmap for Everand and Fable squads.
• Lead a cross-functional squad with engineering, design, research, and data teams.
• Balance large investments with continuous experimentation to improve engagement metrics.
• Incorporate data from cross-functional partners to guide decisions.
• Partner with data science and engineering on recommendation, ranking, and search systems.
• Create experiences blending design, editorial insight, and algorithms to help readers discover books.
