You will balance experiments with investments to improve engagement, leveraging ML for recommendations, search, and ranking while ensuring delightful user experiences for readers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience for consumer products at scale.
• Experience with native mobile apps and subscriptions is a plus.
• Ability to turn major pain points into a roadmap and strategy.
• Proficient in collaborating with engineers and data scientists on ML features.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research methods.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for squad across Everand and Fable.
• Lead a cross-functional squad with engineering, design, research, and data to ship features.
• Balance large investments with continuous experimentation to improve engagement metrics.
• Guide decisions using both qualitative feedback and quantitative data from partners.
• Partner with data science and engineering on recommendation, ranking, and search systems.
• Create experiences blending design, editorial insight, and algorithms to help readers find new reads.
